Experience

Terezia gained experience in the counselling of Hungarian and foreign companies in matters of commercial law and mainstream corporate work, including M&A transactions. She is advising clients on IT related issues in all types of transactions with a focus on outsourcing, ASP and licensing matters and all IP-related aspects of corporate work. Her areas of specialisation also include e-commerce, data protection.

Career / Education

Terezia is the founding-member of PISTAR law office.

From 2003 onwards she was working at the Budapest office of Linklaters as junior associate, from October 2007 till March 2008 as associate at the Corporate and TMT department.

She studied law at the University of Budapest (dr. iur). She received the degree of a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Munich. She has published works, particularly in the field of corporate law and distribution agreements.
